I got this for my small rescue dog. He likes to sit on my lap when I’m driving & I’m trying to teach him to sit on the seat. Plus, I want him to be secure in case I have to hit my breaks. This does the trick and keeps him in place. It isn’t so big that I have to move it around when I have a passenger, it can just go in the glove compartment. I can also use it as a short leash to get him from the car to inside the house so he doesn’t run. It is exactly what I needed.
